Mommy and Baby Day

Today was a great day even though we missed daddy. The baby and I relaxed at home and read. We made lots of good food and ate tons of salad! We also drank more water than I thought possible while trying to beat the heat (100 degrees today!) We definitely miss daddy and appreciate everything he does for us--cooking dinner and cleaning and watering flowers and taking out trash--he sure does most everything. We also just miss his smile and laugh. We're mighty lucky.
